Refund Policy

For our monthly recurring community subscription, there are no refunds or guarantees. Billing is monthly and you can cancel your membership at any time if you don't like it and you won't be billed the following month. For our annual recurring community subscription, you can receive a 50% refund of the total price of the membership if you request one within your first 3 days (72 hours). If longer, your request will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
